Liz Lamping has been my massage therapist since 2005. She recently recalled something that I said to her during one of my first visits. “Don't bother with the knots between my shoulders. They're from a rear end collision in 1996, and no one has been able to do anything with them.” Liz took that as a challenge and within a few visits the knots were history. I also have a couple of old athletic injuries, work at a computer for up to 12 hours per day, and ride a bike a lot, so regular visits to Liz have become an essential part of my health regimen. She is very interested in learning new modalities, and the truly amazing part is her ability to intuitively know what areas need work and what sort of pressure to apply and how deep to go. It may take several visits for her to connect with you at this level. I recommend doing deep breathing and other relaxation techniques during the session.

I am a single mother of five children and also work a full time job in retail. My problems mostly stem from stress and anxiety related issues. I have been receiving treatment from Liz Lamping for five years and never cease to be amazed at the difference I feel both physically and mentally after her massages. I’ve been getting Deep-Tissue/Sports Massages from Liz for about 6 years now. I’ve gotten massages from other Therapists during this time, as well as before. Without any reservations at all, Liz is the best for the type of work I need. I’m confident she can and does make it a point to fit her style to your needs as well. Many other Therapists complain about how much work it is to do deep tissue or they tend to over charge for the work. Liz never complains, nor over charge. She’s straight business and that’s what’s needed for Athletes in particular.
So, if you have scar tissue, knots from stress, overworked muscles, or muscles that are just too tight, Liz can improve your condition. I’m certain of that.

Liz is the best massage therapist I have ever been to, I say this without reservation. This is very troubling since I live out of state. I have tried for 8 years to find someone that can give a massage that feels as complete. It seems she has a sixth sense and is a master a prenatal massage. I was able to get weekly massage with a very high risk pregnancy in 2001 and felt truly blessed as my health concerns and stress were eliminated. As a social worker and mother, I know de-stressing completely is the best thing I can do for my family.Though I have tried many other therapists I was always disappointed with the outcome in comparison to Liz. Liz's prices are more than fair for the quality. I'm a very thrifty person I've tried the discount places and schools, but even after double sessions I usually wish I could still go to Liz and I do whenever I am in the area. I know Liz is committed to each massage and makes sure she is prepared to serve each client with 100%. I believe there are many ways to help heal and care for the human body. It is a waste of time and money to trust your health to someone who does not truly care to help. I know Liz cares enough to be excellent.

I have had more than one massage from Liz and she is truly on the spot when you need her. I was going through some really really tough times during a break up recently and her massage was disneyland for me. She brings some energy healing into the mix too differentiating her from an average masseuse (and I've had massages all over the world). I would highly recommend her and/or refer her to anyone and her prices are great too.
